How to get here

It is possible to access the Theatre starting from 45 minutes before the start of performances in the Sala Grande, half an hour before the start of performances in the Ridotto del Teatro Grande, the Salone delle Scenografie and the Sala Palcoscenico Borsoni.
It is possible to access the Caffè del Teatro Grande - Berlucchi from 45 minutes before the start of performances in the Sala Grande until the end of the interval or until the start of the performance.

Please arrive at the venue no later than 20 minutes before the start of the performance.

You can access all performances by showing your paper ticket or electronic ticket directly from your smartphone at the entrance.

People with disabilities who use wheelchairs and wish to attend performances are welcome to contact the Ticket Office before their visit.

The areas of the Theater accessible to wheelchair users are: the Sala Grande (stalls only), the Foyer, the Caffè del Teatro Grande - Berlucchi, and the Sala delle Statue.

Accessible entrance in Piazzetta Paganora (please ring the bell on the door). To facilitate access to the upper floors, please note there is an accessible lift in Via Paganora, 19.

At the Ticket Office
The Teatro Grande allows tickets or season tickets to be purchased using cash, debit cards, credit cards, or checks. The ticket office accepts telephone reservations for season tickets and tickets during opening hours. These reservations can also be paid for by bank transfer, subject to agreement with the ticket office.

Online
For some shows, tickets can be purchased online at www.vivaticket.com, through the call center at 899.666.805, and at Vivaticket points of sale.

Discounts are available for those over 65, under 30, under 18, and under 11, in addition to student tickets at half the full price.

Tickets purchased cannot be refunded or replaced. All prices shown include taxes. The sale of tickets by unauthorized persons is prohibited. Pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679, the confidentiality of personal data is guaranteed and such data will be used exclusively for the distribution of tickets, season tickets, or communications relating to the Theater itself.

In the event of cancellation of the show, tickets will be refunded in full within 5 days of the date of the canceled show, directly at the Ticket Office. However, we recommend that you consult the show information sheets for precise details on how tickets are sold.
